This was a great birthday present, and I'm glad I can add Uncle Ted to my list of Concerts I Must See AGAIN. The Ted Nugent Detroit Muscle Tour is scheduled for Summer, 2022 Our number one priority is the safety of fans, venue, staff and crew. Despite my young age of 18, Ted and others within his genre have always captured my attention. Ted Nugent was at the top of my Must-See list. When I looked at the DTE Energy Theatre's concert schedule this summer, Mr. The whole performance felt very positive and very intimate. They took the stage, and between some songs told stories that related to the tune they were about to play or just had played. An audience like that gives a band like Ted Nugent a future. I saw Ted at the Golden Hall in San Diego with Rush and Blue Oyster Cult. The band was nothing short of amazing in the 70s when they broke through with "Cat Scratch Fever" and took the world by storm. His band paved the way for tons of double entendre and rather risque lyrics to accessorize hard, driving, and loud music underneath. Ted Nugent is one of the building blocks of rock as we learned it and still understand it today.
